30th January 2018 I discovered I was pregnant it was so unexpected but I felt blessed, a few weeks later we were told we were to expect twins!

A very special form of twin "momo tiwns" they shared the same sac and the same placenta. It was a tough pregnancy, but we kept faith that our girls would make it. Sadly at 22 +3 gestation I went into labour and our daughters were born the next day.

They were so perfect and they never left each others side, they will always be together. We named them Isabella and Vienna, but mainly we call them our little momo's. My heart is still shattered and I still struggle to get by but it's with the help of hearing other parents stories that let you know you're not alone really helps.
